The farm Snorrastaðir has 12 years of experience from riding with tourists. Mostly we go for 1-3 hour ride, but longer rides can also be arranged. Riding ways are surrounded by a beautiful landscape everywhere we go, such as our very famous "Löngufjörur" (the Long Beaches), the lava field with the volcano Eldborg close by, up the mountain Fagraskógarfjall, or just along our little lovely river Kaldá.
We have horses for everyone; calm and easy horses for beginners and good trotters for experienced riders. Riding lessons are given before riding with beginners. We ride with groups (10-15 pers.) or individuals. We offer helmets but no other riding clothes or boots.
